Well, Well, so we meet again. Today is the first day of the rest of your life so let's not waste it. There are many things that go on in life that we simply do not understand and sometimes we even get a kick out of trying to figure them out. Today I am having a problem with the issue of "To Be or Not To Be"? This may seem like a simple statement, but words have a way of coming back at cha' and make you want to forget you ever said them. A recent report that shows a nearly equal split as to whether economists believe recession is inevitable may reflect a trend that one financial analyst says will keep the stock market on a "roller-coaster ride." (http://OneNewsNow.com )
"Is deciding if we are in a recession the true root of the problem?"
I can say that my pockets are not overflowing with the "mighty" dollar bill, gas prices are still going up, my medical insurance has increased and my paycheck has not increased. This seems to spell a "recession" to me. Webster's dictionary defines recession as: "an extended decline in business, typically at least two consecutive quarters of falling gross national product (GNP)". Now what does this tell you? If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and talks like duck - IT MUST BE A DUCK (do you get the picture!)
I wish I could go on and on about my thoughts on todays economy, but I have to pay the bills, feed the family and get some gas. So it's back to work for me!
See you next time & remember: Peace & Blessings!
